A few things that help me give you a useful reply:
If it's a consulting inquiry, a sentence or two about what's actually going wrong is more useful than a job title or a company size. I'm trying to figure out whether I'm the right person to help, and the symptoms tell me more than the org chart.
If it's about a product, let me know which one and I'll point you to the right place.
If it's about something I haven't built yet, or a pattern you're seeing that you want to talk through, that's also fair game. Some of the best conversations I've had started that way.
I work async by default. No calendar links, no discovery calls as a first step. If a call ends up making sense, we'll get there.
